ORGANIZATION: The Nurturing Network is an international organization and is tax exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Service Code. Contributions to the Network are tax deductible.
PURPOSE: The Network provides educational counseling and practical support services to all women faced with an unplanned pregnancy in order that the birth alternative may become more feasible and readily available.
COMMITMENT: Setting rhetoric aside, members of the Network across the country and in 30 foreign countries offer the resources a mother needs to nurture her child's life - without compromising her own.
PLAN: Services and resources are offered to each Client after careful consideration of her unique needs and circumstances. The Nurturing Network utilizes resources offered by participating individuals and organizations who, as volunteer "members," are in agreement with the Network's practical objectives.

Based on a detailed evaluation of a Client's |
Residential: |
Clients reside in the homes of Network members (nurturing families) for the duration of their pregnancies. The confidentiality of a Client's situation can often best be protected through geographic relocation. |
Medical: |
The Network assists a Client in securing a competent and caring doctor who is supportive of her choice to give birth and is in agreement with the Network's purpose. |
Educational: |
Clients are offered the opportunity to transfer to a member college or university to continue their education while protecting the confidentiality of their circumstances. |
Occupational: |
Clients in need of employment are offered full and part-time job opportunities with member companies and organizations. |
Adoption |
Objective and sensitive counseling is available directly and through referral when requested by a Client. |
Preparation
For |
Counseling is offered to address the issues of parenting, employment, housing and day care as requested by Clients. |
As TNN’s Founder poignantly states, “The Nurturing Network puts aside the polarizing rhetoric of pro-life and pro-choice positions in order to discover the vast common ground that can nurture the seeds of mutual understanding.
