Attorneys in our Network provide practical and compassionate support for our Clients who may not be aware of their legal rights or possess the means to become informed.  By providing legal services, Network Professional Members empower our Clients to make more-informed decisions at a time in their lives when they are most vulnerable.

Attorneys to whom we refer network Clients have the choice, as they would with any Client, whether or not to provide services. The fee structure is also established by each attorney.  Some offer their services pro bono, others offer a reduced fee and still others accept flexible payment for the services they render depending upon the Client's individual circumstances.  What is most important to us is that we are assured that our Clients will receive qualified legal counseling from individuals who understand and support a woman's decision to continue her pregnancy.

As a member of our legal resources network, you could be helpful in one or more of the following ways:

•        Be available for our Staff when they need legal advice on behalf of a Client or
          when the need arises to refer a Client directly to you for legal advice.

•        Gather the qualifying information our Clients may need to be accepted into the Legal Aid program in your state.  This would include information about the Legal Aid services your area provides and what financial qualifications a Client must have to be accepted into the program.

•        Refer us to other attorneys you know who might be interested in offering their assistance.

With this in mind, we have included our Guidelines and Application for Professional Members is included in the General Information Packet which is available for download at the conclusion of this letter. Completed Applications help to ensure that our membership records are as accurate and complete as possible and enables our organization to call you with an appropriate opportunity to serve.
